Rate Information

• $155.00   English Ivy Room

• $145.00   Baltic Ivy Room

• $135.00   Boston Ivy Room  

• Rates are double occupancy/per night/per room, excluding taxes.  

 *Rates do vary during time of special events and are subject to change at owners discretion.

Method of Payment: Cash, Personal or Travelers Checks are the preferred method of payment upon arrival. We also accept Master Card and Visa.  

Deposits: To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve your room as early as possible.  For your protection and ours, we require the first night's deposit.   A 50% deposit for extended stays is also required.  Deposits can be made by check or credit card (M/C or Visa) .

Taxes: State and Local taxes apply*.  The current Indiana Sales Tax rate is 6%.  4% County Innkeeper Tax

Check-out: 11:00A.M. (Sorry, no late check-outs available)

Breakfast: Will be served in the dining room at 9:00 AM. Coffee and tea available for early risers at 7:30 AM. If you must leave early, we will see that you don't leave hungry.

Dietary Needs: Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

• Pets are NOT permitted
• Children over 12 welcome

Children: Children over 12 are welcome, but should be mentioned at time of reservation for the courtesy of the other guests of the Ivy House.

No Minimum Stay Required

The following dates are exceptions:
Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400, Moto GP, and other major events. 

Special Occasion Services (Require 48 hours advance notice)

• Fruit and Cheese tray with a bottle of sparkling white grape juice: $30.00 plus tax
